  • Rosario is the first city in the country to make a permanent recreational circuit: Every Sunday, from 8.30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m., it is possible to walk, run, ride a bike, skate or in rollers over 28 kilometres free of cars, bikes and public transport.   • Parks: Rosario parks are unavoidable part of walks around the city.  In the heart of the city the immense Park of independence is an artificial lake where it is possible to appreciate the show of the water dancers. Towards the North is located the Park Scalabrini Ortiz and more forward, along the River, the Parque Alem, while southbound excels the Yrigoyen Park with the monument to Che.

Activities for children

  • Rosario provides a wide range of places and activities for children so they can have fun, learn and enjoy. Among the options are: “The children’s Garden”, large recreational park that pays tribute to the imagination and creation, appealing to all creative and logical operations of childhood, as well as its bodily capacities. It offers games, adventures, mysteries, constructions and poetry. In “The farm of childhood”, children come into contact with animals, tasks and tools of the farm, which allows a direct experience and participation that teaches and entertains everyone. Also are the Children’s Museum, the Island of Inventions, among others.


  • Variants of opencast in Rosario shopping include: Paseo de las Carretas, Peatonal Córdoba, San Martín pedestrian, Sunchales, among others.
